Navjot Singh Sidhu : ਅਫ਼ਸੋਸ !! ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਨਾਕਾਬਲੀਅਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਉਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਮੰਨਣ ਲਈ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ‘ਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹਨ। ਨਵੀਂ ਸਿਟ (SIT) ਨੂੰ 6 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਹੋਰ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੇ ਚੋਣ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਕਿਸਮਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਚਾਰ ਸੰਹਿਤਾ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਣ ਤੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਲਟਕਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ Iਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣ-ਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਦੇਰੀ ਲੋਕਮਤ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ਼ਘਾਤ ਹੈ। 6 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਈ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਤੇ ਸਿਟਾਂ (SITs) ਬਨਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਬੂਤ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਇੱਕੋ ਦੋਸ਼ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਬਚਾਅ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਹੋਰ ਸਿਆਣੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
Sad !! Due to incompetence of Home Minister, Govt is forced to accept orders of the High Court, which the People of Punjab are standing up against. Giving 6 months to New SIT, extends the delay of Govt’s biggest poll promise, unfortunately up-to next elections code of conduct. Injustice caused by deliberate delay is betrayal of People’s Mandate. After Multiple Inquiry Commissions, SITs and passage of 6 years, evidence has weakened while accused have gained in wisdom, making their defence stronger due to repetitive investigations on the same matter.
